Return and Refund Policy

At Siwanna, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days from the date you received your item.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All tags and packaging must be intact.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for a return.

2. How to Start a Return

Before sending any item back, you must contact us first.

Once your return request is approved, we will forward it to our shipping and logistics partner, who will:

  • Contact you directly to schedule pickup,
  • Provide a return shipping label, and
  • Share instructions for completing the return.

Items sent back without prior approval or outside this process will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away. We will assess the issue and coordinate with our logistics partner to resolve it promptly.

4. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food or flowers)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials
  • Gift cards and sale items

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before making a purchase.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to complete a return following the procedure above. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.

6. European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. All return eligibility conditions still apply.

7. Refunds (Processed by Our Shipping Partner)

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our logistics partner, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please allow 10–15 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on bank and inspection timelines.
